This is what happens when you leave a spoiled dog home alone. We probably take Alta with us in the car 97.9% of the time. When we actually do leave her home, she sits on the back of couch, looks out the window, and waits for us to come home. When we left tonight for about an hour, she jumped on the couch and watched us leave, and when we came home, she was sitting on the back of the couch. She obviously didn't stay there the whole time. And, she was so proud of her little mess she made. If you look in the bathroom, you can also find some garbage she neatly shredded and placed on the floor. What a little stinker!(This is the kind of post you get from people who don't have any kids, just a dog.)

There is nothing wrong with blogging about your dog. But you're right. Those of us who don't have kids, just dogs, write about them as if they are our kids. Great story, I've had very similar stories with our little Maggie. See you at work.
